We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Narrow Aisle Reach Operator to support daily warehouse operations at a busy food production facility in North York, ON . What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate Counterbalance, Raymond Reach and Crown forklifts to move products and materials

• Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments and complete all related documentation

• Perform quality checks in cold storage (verify expiry dates, monitor temperatures, etc.)

• Keep the plant floor and warehouse organized and running smoothly

• Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety , GMP , and HACCP guidelines

• Complete inventory counts, Bills of Lading, receiving reports, and shipping paperwork

What You Bring to the Role:

✔ 1–2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
✔ Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance + Crown + Raymond Reach)
✔ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a cold environment
✔ Flexible to perform both warehouse and forklift tasks as needed
✔ Experience in food manufacturing or knowledge of HACCP , SOPs , and GMP is an asset
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately
