Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep. Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Paid Training!!! Equipment Provided Utah State Residents ONLY APPLY Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) What you'll do: Handle high volume inbound calls. Outbound calls if depending on department needs. Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider Assist callers with information and status of their application Follow a call script Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller Must be able to multi task between several internal system programs Follow company policies and procedures Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS) Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors Adhere to all company required KPI'S Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
