Business Development Representative

📍 Miami, FL (On-site)

🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, growing company? We're seeking a Business Development Representative with a proven track record in sales and client relationship building to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Make 50+ daily outbound sales calls to potential clients.
• Build relationships and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Attend in-person meetings and site visits weekly (mileage reimbursed).
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with business strategies.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence during client interactions.

Who You Are:

• A self-starter with at least 2 years of experience in Business Development or a similar sales role.
• Comfortable communicating with clients across industries and levels of seniority.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office , LinkedIn , and customer service tools.
• Bilingual (preferred) with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: 1+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
