The Role Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance. Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? You will be responsible for maintaining and controlling a high level of guest service. You will also be responsible for the training and Food & Beverage Learning and Develpment of the department, coaching and mentoring of employees and supporting the mentoring and development of our F&B MITs.
