About the Role:
The Plumbing Field Supervisor at Collins Holdings LLC will play a crucial role in overseeing all plumbing operations within our projects in Arizona. This position is responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety, while adhering to local codes and regulations. The Field Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure timely project completion and effective resource management. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training of plumbing staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with best practices. Ultimately, the Plumbing Field Supervisor will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and service, ensuring client satisfaction and the integrity of AZ customer’s plumbing systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in plumbing is preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a plumbing supervisor or superintendent in a service environment.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Additional certifications in plumbing or construction safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plumbing operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to schedule plumbing work and allocate resources effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.
Provide training and mentorship to plumbing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Manage plumbing budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within financial constraints.
