Our client is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their team in the greater Nashville area. As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as managing employee benefits. Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll and benefits issues
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports

Essential Job Functions:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
