Key Responsibilities
• Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Manage all phases of trust and probate administration
• Counsel fiduciaries and beneficiaries on estate and trust obligations
• Collaborate on complex intergenerational wealth transfer strategies
• Handle contested estates and conservatorship matters
• Ensure compliance with California and federal trust and estate law
Qualifications
• 4+ years of hands-on estate planning, trust, and probate experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission and good standing with the State Bar of California
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal communication abilities
• Capacity to maintain sensitive client relationships with discretion
