A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel with 3–4 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This counsel-level opportunity offers exposure to complex California employment matters and a pathway to Senior Counsel and Partnership consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions in employment litigation

• Handle wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and arbitration

• Advise clients on California labor laws, internal policies, and compliance

• Represent clients in government agency investigations and hearings

• Review and draft employment contracts, severance agreements, and handbooks

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in labor & employment law

• Substantive litigation experience in wage & hour law, PAGA, class actions

• Strong understanding of California employment regulations

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• California Bar admission in good standing or eligibility to waive in

• Proven ability to manage litigation independently and work cross-functionally
