• Coordinate and manage freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs officials to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records in the general ledger and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Monitor and assess hazardous situations, implementing safety protocols as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize shipping processes and improve service delivery.
• Operate effectively under pressure during peak shipping times while maintaining strong communication.
• Contribute to the efficiency and reliability of freight services, enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your background matches the role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customs brokerage and regulations.
• Experience with air freight operations.
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

You possess a successful track record as: • A professional with proven experience in freight transportation or logistics. Skills:

• Proficient in general ledger management for accurate financial tracking.
• Knowledgeable in customs brokerage and international shipping compliance.
• Skilled at working under pressure and meeting deadlines during high-volume periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective team player, capable of collaborating to resolve issues and improve processes.
