A respected law firm in Metuchen, NJ is actively seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 1–6 years of experience to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax implications
• Manage probate and estate administration matters from intake through final distribution
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries to implement effective estate plans
• Provide compassionate legal guidance to clients navigating sensitive personal and financial matters
Qualifications:
• 1 to 6 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills:
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting of complex estate documents
• Comfort with probate court processes and estate administration timelines
• Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver strategic, customized planning advice
