RSU 64 is seeking an Esports coach for Central High School who is passionate about competitive gaming and ready to lead the next generation of Esports champions. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Esports coach to join our team and help elevate our players to the next level. As an Esports coach, the successful candidate be responsible for training and developing players, creating strategic game plans, analyzing gameplay, and fostering a winning mindset. The coach will work closely with both individual players, other schools online, and the Maine Principals Association for dates and gaming information. The successful candidate will posess:
exceptional knowledge of Esports programing and digital gaming;
exceptional knowledge of high school students;
experience in coaching young people;
demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with parents and administrators; and
current Criminal History Records Check.
Salary is reflected in the Negotiated Agreement at $1660.75
