As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll bring leading brands to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event marketing:

• Coordinate and execute live events, in-store promotions, and community outreach campaigns

• Represent major brands at retail locations, pop-up activations, and local marketing events

• Engage customers directly to promote products, answer questions, and generate leads

• Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retention efforts

• Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and maximize campaign success

• Attend regular sales and marketing training sessions to boost your skills and confidence

• Collect and report customer feedback to improve future campaign strategies

• Local candidates preferred with immediate availability a plus

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Strong communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
