ATTENTION: Appointment Setters

We are a thriving, expanding and fast-paced company and we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Appointment Setter to help us connect with clients and schedule appointments that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the trades and consumer phone sales preferred.
• Experience in telemarketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Previous appointment setting or telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
